1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "92bat" or "the Platform" means the online gaming and sports betting service operated at 92bat.org and any related subdomains or mobile applications.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies published on the 92bat platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 92bat platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 92bat platform.
• "Funds" means the PKR balance held in a Player's 92bat account, including deposited amounts and credited bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by 92bat subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 92bat prior to processing withdrawals or upon request.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 92bat platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the 92bat platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application provided by 92bat. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the 92bat platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, or other legal entities are not permitted to hold a Player account.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of a 92bat employee or affiliated business partner.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently suspended from the 92bat platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one registered account on the 92bat platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• 92bat will never ask for your password by email, phone, or any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.
• You must notify 92bat immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• 92bat reserves the right to require additional identity documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details.

5 Deposits & Payments

92bat accepts PKR deposits via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. 92bat does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit may be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits are credited to your 92bat account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on the issuing bank's processing times.
• 92bat is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or network disruptions.
• Deposited funds not used in wagering within 12 consecutive months of inactivity may be subject to the inactive account policy outlined in Section 11.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the 92bat account portal. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. Players who have not previously completed KYC will be required to submit valid identification documents — typically a copy of their CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of payment method ownership.

• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed same-day for verified accounts during operational hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where operationally possible.
• Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances that have cleared wagering conditions may be withdrawn.
• 92bat reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 50,000 in any 30-day period.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

92bat offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonus offers are available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time of the offer. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be fulfilled before the bonus or any winnings derived from it become withdrawable.
• 92bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, multi-accounting, or collusion may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• Bonuses that have not been used within their stated validity period will expire automatically without compensation.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 92bat sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable sporting rules.

• Bets accepted by the 92bat system are binding. Once confirmed, a bet may not be cancelled or amended except where the relevant event is voided under the applicable sporting rules.
• 92bat reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical or human pricing error.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. 92bat may suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion, including during live play.
• The maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator is subject to applicable limits published within the platform and may vary by sport and market type.
• 92bat does not accept liability for telecommunications failures, internet outages, or other technical disruptions that may affect your ability to place or manage bets.

9 Casino Games

All casino games available on 92bat — including slots, live dealer tables, and electronic table games — are provided by internationally certified game studios and operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed within the game information panel.

• The outcome of each casino game round is determined independently and is not influenced by previous results, account balance, or any other external factor.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed and the result applied in accordance with the game provider's rules. 92bat is not liable for losses resulting from connection failures on the Player's side.
• Malfunction of any casino game voids all associated play for the affected round. 92bat will investigate and resolve reported malfunctions in good faith.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92bat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that exploits non-public information about the outcome of an event.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly in live dealer environments.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 92bat support immediately.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

92bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. In such cases, 92bat will make reasonable efforts to contact the Player prior to closure. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method upon request, subject to KYC completion.

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money balance will be refunded via the original deposit method following completed KYC verification.

12 Responsible Gaming

92bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players through the account settings portal:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Timers: Set alerts or automatic session end times to manage time spent on the platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break from the platform for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from all 92bat services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the 92bat platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 92bat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 92bat platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without 92bat's express prior written consent.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92bat shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the 92bat platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Losses arising from gambling decisions made by the Player.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or data suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit 92bat's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, casino game result, account transaction, or any other matter, the Player should in the first instance contact the 92bat support team by email at [email protected]. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event or transaction giving rise to the complaint.

92bat will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a final response within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal complaints process, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under 92bat's applicable gaming licence.

16 Amendments to These Terms

92bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or by a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 92bat platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

17 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 92bat's international gaming licence. By using the platform, Players acknowledge that 92bat operates under an internationally recognised licensing framework and that disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction agreed within that framework.

No provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between 92bat and any Player.
